As regras da Casa são decididas e votadas nas reuniões semanais da Câmara The House rules r decided and voted on at weekly house meetings
a: cada um lava a loiça etc. depois de si - não há empregado de limpeza each washes up etc after oneself - there's no cleaner
b: beber com moderação drinking in moderation
c: não fumar nem consumir drogas no smoking or drugs
d: manter o ruído no mínimo após as 22h30 noise kept to minimum after 10.30pm

B/B: Studio Rules As regras do estúdio são decididas e votadas nas reuniões mensais do estúdio Studio rules r decided and voted on at monthly studio meetings
1: Sem material tóxico: por ex, sem aerossóis, etc. // No toxic material : eg no aerosols etc
2: Ao compartilhar o espaço do atelier = Silêncio / sem socialização: Para ajudar a artista manter-se “na zona”, a área de trabalho é uma área “silenciosa / sem socialização”. Convívio / música = na cozinha, na varanda / no café local
// When sharing studio space = Silence / no socializing: To help the artist stay 'in the zone' the work area is a 'silent / no socializing' area. Socializing / music = in the kitchen, on the balcony / go to the local café
4: Pode usar a cusinha // U can use of kitchen
Prices 2025:
Big Studio / Bedroom > Nite = 14€ / + 5€ per extra person // Month = 250€ a month / + 20€ per extra person
Regular Studio / Bedroom > Nite = 12€ / + 5€ per extra person // Month = 200€ a month / + 20€ per extra person
Reservation + Cancellation
To reserve a place = 100€ deposit .
Cancellation: If u cancel u only get the deposit back if CHOCAArts manages to get a replacement for the reserved dates.
