a: each washes up etc after oneself - there's no cleaner  

b: drinking in moderation

c: no smoking

d: no drugs

e: noise kept to minimum after 10.30pm

B/B: Studio Rules

1: Sem material tóxico: por ex, sem aerossóis, etc.  //  No toxic material : eg no aerosols etc 

2: Ao compartilhar o espaço do atelier = Silêncio / sem socialização: Para ajudar a artista manter-se “na zona”, a área de trabalho é uma área “silenciosa / sem socialização”. Convívio / música = na cozinha, na varanda / no café local

//  When sharing studio space = Silence / no socializing: To help the artist stay 'in the zone' the work area is a 'silent / no socializing' area. Socializing / music = in the kitchen, on the balcony / go to the local café

3: Espaço de armazenamento: Sim  //  Storing space: Yes

Prices 2025:

Big Studio / Bedroom > Nite = 14€ / + 5€ per extra person  //  Month = 250€ a month / + 20€ per extra person

Regular  Studio / Bedroom  > Nite = 12€ / + 5€ per extra person  //  Month = 200€ a month / + 20€ per extra person

Open Space Studio > 5€ a day / 90€ a month

Reservation + Cancellation

To reserve a place = 100€ deposit .

Cancellation:  If u cancel u only get the deposit back if CHOCAArts manages to get a replacement for the reserved dates.
